MetroHealth’s Senior Health and Wellness Center provides a unique opportunity to develop and deliver a comprehensive and synergistic array of services designed specifically to help older adults maintain and maximize their health and independence across a complete continuum of care.
Project Highlights
Four individuals were interviewed to get their accounts on how the main contributors to the Senior Health and Wellness Center have impacted their lives – adding life to their years. The touching stories brought inspiration to the project and gave an uplifting account on the health care of older adults.
