Progressive Insurance’s corporate merchandise catalog was conceived to celebrating their employee’s diverse, unique, and energetic culture. The annual program served not only as a merchandise catalog, but also as a recruitment tool to build internal brand messaging and support.
Year after year this project increased in popularity. The photography is shot at a different Progressive location each year. The program built internal brand messaging and support, created excitement by using employees as models and over time has turned into an effective recruitment tool.
