The Lakewood Wine and Craft Beer Festival

The Lakewood Wine and Craft Beer Festival is an urban, two-level outdoor festival in the heart of Downtown Lakewood, Ohio. It features over 150 wines, 150 craft beers, local restaurants, live music, and a wine and beer school. A yearly event since 2013, the festival sells out out with over 2,000 attendees each year.
The Approach
We volunteered our services and collaborated with our friends at Sprokets – who are based in Lakewood – to lead the visual design of this website. We designed a simple and inviting site that functioned well on both desktop and mobile devices. The site made it easy for the client to sell tickets, gain sponsors, and connect with volunteers. It is built on the Craft content management system, and allowed us to tailor the CMS precisely to the client’s needs.
